Warranty on your office furniture
We sell only high-quality office furniture. However, something can always happen that could leave you dissatisfied.
Because you, as our customer, are in charge, the statutory warranty applies. This warranty also applies to secondhand office furniture and discounted items. The statutory warranty means that a product must do what a consumer can reasonably expect.
After-sales agreement and additional warranty
1. ABC Kantoormeubelen warrants that the products and/or services comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of soundness and/or usability, and the legal provisions and/or government regulations in force on the date the agreement is concluded. If agreed upon, ABC Kantoormeubelen also warrants that the product is suitable for other than normal use.
2. An additional warranty provided by ABC Kantoormeubelen, its supplier, manufacturer or importer never limits the statutory rights and claims that the consumer can assert against ABC Kantoormeubelen under the agreement if ABC Kantoormeubelen has failed to fulfil its part of the agreement.
3. An extended warranty is understood to mean any obligation of ABC Kantoormeubelen, its supplier, importer or manufacturer in which it grants the consumer certain rights or claims that go beyond what it is legally obliged to do in the event that it has failed to fulfil its part of the agreement.
