That is why you can submit a request to us to receive sitting instructions and a 7-day free trial. See the conditions below. We do not charge any costs for a trial placement combined with seating instructions. Delivering the chair is also completely free. Before collecting the chair, if you do not purchase the chair, we will ask you for a contribution to the freight costs.
All our ergonomic office chairs have a 5-year full-service warranty on the parts (not fabric and stitching).
