Payment options

Pay at ABC Office Furniture, easy, safe and fast!

At ABC office furniture you can pay in the following ways. The options are explained below.

iDEAL

iDEAL is payment with internet banking at the affiliated banks. An iDEAL payment is very simple. You can make a payment in 6 steps:

1. You select iDEAL as a payment option.
2. You choose your bank.
3. You will arrive at your bank's internet banking screen, where you can log in in the way you are used to.
4. The payment details have already been filled in and you approve the payment if all order details are correct.
5. You will immediately receive a confirmation from your bank.
6. You return to the online store, the payment and the order are successful.

VISA

VISA means paying with your credit card. When paying with VISA, select VISA when paying. You will be referred to the website. During payment the following information will be requested from you:

1. First and last name
2. Email address
3. Card number and CVC
4. The expiry date of your card

After this, click on continue and the payment will be made. If the payment is successful, you will be referred to the webshop.

MasterCard

Mastercard is paying with your credit card. When paying with Mastercard, select Mastercard when paying. You will be referred to the website. During payment the following information will be requested from you:

1. First and last name
2. Email address
3. Card number and CVC
4. The expiry date of your card

After this, click on continue and the payment will be made. If the payment is successful, you will be referred to the webshop.

American Express

When paying with American Express, select Mastercard when paying. You will be referred to the website. During payment the following information will be requested from you:

1. First and last name
2. Email address
3. Card number and CVC
4. The expiry date of your card

After this, click on continue and the payment will be made. If the payment is successful, you will be referred to the webshop.

Afterpay

With Afterpay you only pay once you have received your order. Ordering via Afterpay is done in 5 simple steps.

1. After shopping at ABCkantoormeubelen you can choose Afterpay as the payment method.
2. After the payment method has been selected on Afterpay, you will be asked by Afterpay to enter your personal data.
Afterpay does a quick check with this data. 3. You now choose to complete your order.
4. You will receive your order like all other orders from us.
5. After receipt, you will receive an email from Afterpay with the payment overview of your order. You can easily pay for this by bank transfer or iDeal. With Afterpay you have up to 2 weeks to pay your invoice. So it is possible to choose exactly when you pay within these 2 weeks.

Paypal

You can pay with PayPal in all web shops with a PayPal logo. Select PayPal at checkout and you will be asked to log into your account to confirm payment. PayPal is safe: sellers or web shops will never see your data.

Klarna pay afterwards

Klarna is a flexible payment solution that offers various options for deferred payment.

Sofort banking

SOFORT Banking is a simple and widely used payment method on a website. Sofort Banking is comparable to an online transfer, but not a direct transfer of funds.

Bancontact

Bancontact is a standard option for every Belgian consumer if they have a bank account with a bank in Belgium. The market leader of Belgian online payments also offers the option to make payments via QR code. In this way, payment can easily be made via mobile devices, using the Bancontact app.

Belfius Direct Net

Belfius is one of the largest Belgian banks. The bank provides its own payment solution for its customers. In this way, Belfius customers can make real-time payments in their familiar banking environment, easily carried out via mobile devices, using the Bancontact app.

KBC/CBC payment button

With the KBC/CBC payment button, customers of the Belgian banks KBC and CBC can easily pay online. KBC focuses on the Flemish-speaking part of Belgium, while CBC is entirely French-speaking. Both banks actually offer the same payment button, but with a different name.

Prepayment via bank

Once we have received your payment, we will promptly deliver your valued order.

Biller

Biller – the B2B buy now, pay later payment method. We offer Biller for companies that want to order on invoice quickly and securely. If you choose Biller as your payment method, you will receive a payment request from Biller once the order has been shipped. The payment request will be sent by email with the necessary payment details. From that moment you have 30 days to pay Biller.  

In3

If you choose in3, you pay the full amount in three equal parts within 60 days. On the day of your order, you pay the first part via iDeal and your purchase will be shipped. 30 days later you pay the second part and 30 days later the third part. This way you don't have to make a large expense at once.

On invoice (5 days after receipt of goods)

The option to pay by invoice only exists for companies. We always carry out a credit check and reserve the option to request an advance payment in the event of a negative approval. You only pay the invoice after 5 days of receiving the furniture.

The 'pay later on invoice' option is not possible for private individuals. In this case you can choose the other options on our site.
