1. Maintain a 90-100 Degree Angle: When you sit on the chair, your knees should form a 90-100 degree angle and be parallel to the hips. This provides optimal support for the back and improves blood circulation in the legs.
2. Feet Flat on the Floor: Place your feet flat on the floor or on a footrest if the chair is too high. This helps reduce pressure on the lower back and promotes good circulation.
3. Adjusting the Seat Height: Adjust the seat height of the chair so that your thighs are horizontal and your knees are at the same height as your hips. Use the gas spring or the height adjustment of the chair for this.
4. Check the Backrest: Make sure that the backrest of the chair properly supports your lower back and that your back rests comfortably against the backrest. The angle between the backrest and the seat should be between 90 and 110 degrees.
